I am rather disappointed with the arbitrary nature of the operations of my mobile service provider.
Overnight, they have ensured that I pay a shilling more for both intra-network and inter-network calls without as much as a notice.
And then this morning they again had issues with their billing systems and as usual, I was over-billed. On raising this with customer care, I was promised action which 4 hours later I'm yet to see anyeffects of.
