Could there be a law somewhere that prohibits me from having, for instance, kenyapolice@gmail.com as my address? I don't think our Police Service has gotten that far, even to an extent of twitter.com/kenyapolice. In the absence of any laws prohibiting that, I personally see no reason for anyone using the same. And that does not make anyone stupid, or does it? PS: I am not defending Alai. I don't stand to benefit in anyway. Rather, I am looking objectively at facts. Has anyone ever noticed albeit to say, wonderd why Major Emmanuel Chirchir of Kenya Defence Forces, would rather use his personal twitter handle (@MajorEChirchir) to update issues regrding the defebce forces in Somalia instead of an official one, if at all there is? In retrospect, I think, sincee I have never seen Major Chirchir on TV giving interview, I'm made to believe @MajorEChirchir is ....... (you guessed it right). I hope the person on this list who has lost the Galaxy has not already DM'd Kenya Police for assistance. But people, including the Ambassador Yvonne Khamati should really have thought about it for a movement. The Kenya Police on twitter? The same people who make you photocopy the police abstract even after you have made the effort to download it and go with it?
