@Wash,<div><br></div><div>They could be no law but that I think is some form of mis-representation. People genuinely believe they are tweeting to, or receiving tweets, re-tweeting or just are subscribed to the real Kenya Police. I am sure it raises some issues, and it also has a security dimension to it; like disseminating security details and imminent attacks or lack of them.</div>

<div><br></div><div>Even if it is not illegal, it feels &#39;immoral&#39; to me.</div><div><br></div><div>And I am sure Twitter has something about this in their long terms and conditions.</div><div><br></div>
