Accessing Mpesa menu from an application

Hey friends, Is there anyone with an idea of how i can access Mpesa menu from a desktop application i.e connecting to a phone or modem from my custom made application then operate mpesa from there Thnx in advance!

For modems, try find one that supports AT commands to access the STK (sim application toolkit). For phones, one of the many ways to go is to write a small daemon/service app that communicates with your desktop app to achieve your goal (thru bluetooth, usb or WiFi). _______________________________________________ *In programming, as in everything else, to be in error is to be reborn.** * _______________________________________________ * * 2012/10/18 Sam Nzau <sampishabby@gmail.com>

@sam The Huwawei E155X series of usb modems appear to support STK access. There are plugins for Mobile Partner that allow to access to STK functionality on these. My best guess is that the STK on the E155Xs are accessed either by a non standard AT command set or APIs provided by their drivers....tho i would place my money on the former. Anyhow, a good Google search on these will tell you whether they are best suited to your mission. _______________________________________________ *In programming, as in everything else, to be in error is to be reborn.** * _______________________________________________
