You must read documents that are published. Reading the tutorials online will simply provide you with a as i would put it " Transitional Knowledge" this knowledge allows you to move from part one to part two without difficulty. Knowing how to do this without your fave'd tut site and without the Web at your disposal is what we had to do ten + years ago. In simple terms ict.go.ke is called a domain name, and www is a record.
