Safaricom testing their unlimited internet again?
Is saf on another testing spree here? I'd wish to know what else has changed, other than the fee. Probably the 1K damage will reduce the number of "testers". See attached.

My thoughts on limiting user numbers is based on two assumptions. 1. We are largely a "kadogo economy". We widely disregard economies of scale. 2. Perceived risk. In the 200/- a day test, crappy service would cost a pessimist 200/- while the same service now might cost one 1000/-.
