My thoughts on limiting user numbers is based on two assumptions.
1. We are largely a "kadogo economy". We widely disregard economies of scale.
2. Perceived risk. In the 200/- a day test, crappy service would cost a pessimist 200/- while the same service now might cost one 1000/-. (Hope Safcom isn't banking on the fine print)
Else, that projects to 4K a month, unlimited internet. Theirs is an interesting marketing department.
