Before make a fuss you need to understand how you're connected from your desktop to the internet world or else you will always be barking at the wrong tree. About the refund even I know that's a long short despite having less than half service for the last 20days + whatever outages or capacity issues I'm going to have for the remaining 10days. I did receive a couple of well meant apologies from a couple of KDN technical staff who promptly went on and ensured that my link was promptly restored (b.t.w. it is still up) How I do wish that these guys running that place. How long it stays up I do not know. As a footnote, @george, this is not an opinion, but rather an experience of a less than memorable couple weeks, @CF I do well understand how internet is delivered to a desktop PC... I've had my share of great and terrible experiences with them when running a ISP network and colocating with them so I know all there is to know about their service. Done a lot of stuff especially with the original tech team - they're great guys and I have lots of pals there. But that's not the point. They should have refunded me and a neighbour back in 2010 when they realized WIMAX would not work at my location. It's not just about uptime/downtime. Customer relations really matter. They didn't keep their word but kept my money, period. BR S
