About the refund even I know that's a long short despite having less than half service for the last 20days + whatever outages or capacity issues I'm going to have for the remaining 10days.

I did receive a couple of well meant apologies from a couple of KDN technical staff who promptly went on and ensured that my link was promptly restored (b.t.w. it is still up) How I do wish that these guys running that place.
How long it stays up I do not know.

As a footnote, @george, this is not an opinion, but rather an experience of a less than memorable couple weeks, @CF I do well understand how internet is delivered to a desktop PC...

all but none hav issues it just depends on the variable?
like location,where u might be down,there is anotha kdn client who is gd and has no issues at that particular time,and vice versa
personalyy i think kdn is the best in the country just check out their clientele because i am sure they cant all be wrong
