Hi Chege, Windows 8.1 here, with all latest updates installed. It is the 64-bit version with 8GB RAM, but with jre8-i386, not the 64-bit one. Installing TSW latest from IRS-KE website and it took maybe just a minute to install and launch :-) You are welcome to verify that with TeamViewer if you want. Josphat, I have just tested this on my Windows 7 Pro (32-bit) with jre-7u51. I installed TSW-1.7.6.1 and it did not take even 1 minute to install. I then uninstalled both TSW and jre-7u51 and installed jre8, then TSW again and it took almost same time to install successfully and run.
