Josphat,

I have just tested this on my Windows 7 Pro (32-bit) with jre-7u51. I installed TSW-1.7.6.1 and it did not take even 1 minute to install.

I then uninstalled both TSW and jre-7u51 and installed jre8, then TSW again and it took almost same time to install successfully and run.

Perhaps something is blocking the installation or your Windows is simply flummoxed:-)
