Something similar happened over my mobile, got a call that airtel has awarded me 100K and need to verify my mpesa, but mpesa has a limit of 70k (i don’t mpesa fyi) and that to receive the 100k I have to send 8700/- to a special number to increase my allowance. Of course, before you ask, I knew it was a con. Why mpesa, because the money was being sent from airtel via equity bank. Lol! Unless you are joining a new club in the Premier League or La Liga, no one should ask you do to a medical. And the whole thing just looks like a scan. Serious companies don't use gmail addresses. Just another scammer. Provide the number to Safaricom Fraud. I think it is 333.
