As part of Kenya’s Labor laws and regulations (Employment Act 2010) - which INSTRUCTS employers to provide medical cover for all permanent employees, there will be an onsite medical team from Karen Hospital to conduct a mandatory medical examination for a possible enrollment in our medical scheme. This is to minimize the possibility of applicants presenting fake medical certificates during the interview. HSA Kenya will provide 75% of the total medical cost.
