Driving License, ECitizen portal etc
Hi Skunkers, I have tried renewing my DL on the ecitizen portal <http://ntsa.ecitizen.go.ke> and my record was not found. So I look through the site and it says in case your details are not found, call *+254 709 932 300 | +254 20 6632 300 . * Unfortunately none of those numbers go through. They are actually out service. Does anyone know of a different way around the problem? ( Legal ;-) ) -- Ndungi Kyalo

You visit any of the Huduma centres, you will find an NTSA stand, they will update your records.
