I have tried renewing my DL on the ecitizen portal and my record was not found. So I look through the site and it says in case your details are not found, call +254 709 932 300 | +254 20 6632 300 .

Unfortunately none of those numbers go through. They are actually out service.

Does anyone know of a different way around the problem? ( Legal ;-) )
