Hi, There was an issue today with one of the routers in the network that got affected by some malicious traffic. This was resolved around lunch time after about an hour. On the issues from last week - am not sure - things should actually have gotten better, since the IMEWE cut got fixed end of last week, and traffic was back to normal by Saturday. I've been on Zuku for years but have let my account expire as last months Internet outage as yet is unresolved for me. The only choice they gave me was to pay for it and wait until its repaired. As yet still not working. Zuku responded to me with "we have no control over the outage and you are expected to pay until its resolved" and I'm using orange 3g, so paying Zuku and orange isn't an option. Can you believe it?
