EXcel error msg "Do you want to save changes you made......"

Dear Skunks, Am receiving this msg from some pcs when i open an excel document even without making any changes ..anyone has a solution to this .. EXcel error msg "Do you want to save changes you made......" rgds Chege

Does it happen immediately you open the file and when you do save changes does it happen again when you open the file again? Are you using the same file on all the computers?
