*L2 Support – Applications* *Key Responsibility* • Write well constructed shell scripts with functional routine • Shift operations planning and coordination • Manage internal/external escalations and communication • Manage tools and process adherence • Manage new service/Node integration /Transition with NOC • Effectively deal with customers on escalated issues • Manage and assist individuals and team in achieving goals *Skills Required* • Interface with Tools and ISVs for requirement gathering for NOC Integration & Implementation • Advanced knowledge of overall telecom domain with exposure to VAS • Prior experience in telecom managed services or a similar environment • Advance MS-office and Visio skills • Good Analytical Skills.
