Advanced knowledge of overall telecom domain with exposure to VAS
Prior experience in telecom managed services or a similar environment
Advance MS-office and Visio skills
Good Analytical Skills. Should be able to analyze data and create customer
facing reports using MS-office
Troubleshooting skills on following, one or more VAS Services:
- Roaming Platform
- Messaging Platform
- Content Management
- Call Management
Vendor coordination and conflict management skills
Expertise in one or more of the following areas:
- NOC
- Field maintenance
- Network performance management
- eTOM / ITIL
- OSS / IT
- IN / VAS
- Resource Transfer Management (People and Assets)
Knowledge of GSM,SS7
Knowledge of ITIL Framework
Knowledge of latest PM tools
Knowledge of latest Operating Systems like Linux/Unix, Windows, clustering
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with excellent written and
spoken English skills
