Hi everyone, Cant get Safcom Huawei e160 Modem to work with Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit. The upgrade pack from Huawei http://www.huawei.com/mobileweb/en/doc/list.do?type=-1&id=5840 doesnt work either coz it says the data card cannot be found. Any pointers? Lawi

have u tried it again? if you use a different port or loose the drivers, you have to reinstall them. Make sure that 4 devices are installed including Huawei phone something. Clicking on 'autorun.exe' usually solves such issues which are recurrent on Windows 7. Once had a modem not working for 2 days only to solve the issue by clicking on autorun.exe. so you better try it again before moving on to other options.
