have u tried it again? if you use a different port  or loose the drivers, you have to reinstall them. Make sure that 4 devices are installed including Huawei phone something. Clicking on &#39;autorun.exe&#39; usually solves such issues which are recurrent on Windows 7. Once had a modem not working for 2 days only to solve the issue by clicking on autorun.exe. so you better try it again before moving on to other options. <br>
