Good knowledge of Workflow Solutions like Sharepoint, NewGen, OpenSource Workflow Solutions, FileNet, Documentum Etc... technologies. 4)    Experienced IT practitioner of sizable, complex and widespread project implementations. 5)    Key skills include leadership, strong requirements analysis and process design, quality, organization and delivery. 6)    Highly motivated individual for client & partner relationships as they will also be expected to undertake Pre-Sales work. We don’t want to waste time with people who are un-qualified for the placements that we have.   The above individuals may also be cross-skilled to undertake projects relating to integration of ERP Systems.
