In anticipation of strong growth in our ECM/BPM, Document Management & Workflow Offerings, we now have opening for about 4 people OR more to join us as Software Architects, Developers and DBA’s.

I want to start by requesting you to use your judicious effort and refer good skills for us. Some of these may be your friends that you schooled with OR have worked with before. Some of the key skills we are looking for:-

1)    Skills required include some OR all of the Following:-

a.      Technologies

                           i.          Microsoft® Share Point™ Products and Technologies 2003

                          ii.          Developing and implementing Windows based applications with Visual C# .NET and Microsoft visual studio .NET

                        iii.          Developing and implementing Web based applications with Visual C# .NET and Microsoft visual studio .NET

                        iv.          Web developing using (HTML, Java script, Dream weaver, XML& XML Web services)

                          v.          Java, C++

b.      Databases

                           i.          Microsoft SQL Server 2000

                          ii.          Microsoft Access

                        iii.          Oracle

                        iv.          Etc

c.      Platforms

                           i.          UNIX

                          ii.          Linux

                        iii.          Microsoft windows 9x /NT4 /2000 /XP/Vista

                        iv.          Etc

d.      Some Key Qualifications include

                           i.          University Degree (Science & Engineering)

                          ii.          MCSE

                        iii.          MCSD - Microsoft Certified Solution Developer (.NET – C#)

                        iv.          MCAD - Microsoft Certified Application Developer (.NET – C#)

                          v.          MCP - Microsoft Certified Professional (.NET – C#)

2)    Several years experience involving the whole project life cycle with both technical and functional experience in Scanning (integration), Document Management, Workflow and Business Process Management.

3)    Experiences with Enterprise Content Management (ECM), Search & Collaboration tools, Records & Knowledge Management, Business Process Management (BPM/Workflow). Good knowledge of Workflow Solutions like Sharepoint, NewGen, OpenSource Workflow Solutions, FileNet, Documentum Etc... technologies.

4)    Experienced IT practitioner of sizable, complex and widespread project implementations.

5)    Key skills include leadership, strong requirements analysis and process design, quality, organization and delivery.

6)    Highly motivated individual for client & partner relationships as they will also be expected to undertake Pre-Sales work.

Please be sure you have qualified well who you ask to submit a CV. We don’t want to waste time with people who are un-qualified for the placements that we have.

The above individuals may also be cross-skilled to undertake projects relating to integration of ERP Systems. It is pretty much same/similar skills that are required.
