Do you really need a feasibility study for this? Unless you are not living in Kenya. You have seen the way Zain is struggling (maybe they have poor marketing strategies) and you're seeing it's not easy going for YU either. I don't think a 5th GSM provider will make any impact in the current economy. Kenya isn't ready, unless I am missing something. Fixed lines? Washington. I have no problem in the sharing we have on technical issues where certainly we help each other in small tasks that we have done before and know how to go around them rather than leaving them struggle. My problem is when someone posts a request for some services / and we go ahead and swarm them with too much information that at the end of the day they may not need to pay for the services they thought were worth paying for.
