I need an updated list of Kenya's districts.Is there any .go.ke portal out there where I can get it,including the locations in each and where they refresh the list as the President creates new ones?

There is an unlikely .go.ke portal which has updated information on the new districts in Kenya. Just a consolation, check State House website and Kibaki's speeches, if you are luck as most of the new districts created are 'roadside declarations!' LOL! It is unlikely that there is a data entry clerk who can keep up with speed at which the said districts are being created.
