LOL! It is unlikely that there is a data entry clerk who can keep up with speed at which the said districts are being created. And it is also likely that .go.ke portal is down due to the sheer amount of `new district` entries weighing on it!
There is an unlikely .go.ke portal which has updated information on
the new districts in Kenya. Just a consolation, check State House
website and Kibaki's speeches, if you are luck as most of the new
districts created are 'roadside declarations!
