Enterprise Sales Manager --- Large Manufacturing Company Overview Our client is a large well known manufacturing company seeking to recruit an Enterprise Sales Manager whose main responsibility will be to generate, develop and close sales opportunities with a focus on key accounts such as utility companies, electrical contractors, property developers and major projects. The incumbent will report to the Commercial Manager and work closely with him in developing and executing effective strategies for winning in a competitive environment. Key result areas · Generate strategies to ensure broad penetration into key accounts and implement a sales management plan to achieve sales and profit targets. · Understand complex customer requirements on both a business and technical level. · Debt collection and account management on enterprise clientele. · Provide input and educate product management, marketing and technical departments on customer needs and issues. · Own and fully manage responses to request for proposals, request for information and tenders from enterprise accounts. · Interpret policies for the staff and communicate to the team on all pertinent information related to enterprise sales management. · Make decisions on sales budgets. Position requirements · At least five years sales experience at an account management level with a bachelor's degree in a technical field preferably in electrical engineering. MBA and Chartered Institute of Marketing qualification or equivalent will be an added advantage. · Excellent written and verbal communication skills coupled with good listening and critical reasoning skills. · Confident, competitive, thorough and tenacious attitude. · Problem solving, decision making and good leadership skills. · Advance knowledge in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint · Energetic "can do" attitude to work. Able to motivate fellow workers to work for long hours. Remuneration An attractive remuneration package would be offered to the candidate based on their qualifications and experience.
