I have been thinking of starting an Ushahidi page outlining possible spots. Actually the possibility of a terror attack is horrifying just looking at how vulnerable we are. As an example the Ambassadeur stage in the evening, looking at how crowded it was with no security checks and cover..or 10 suicide bombers on 10 citi hoppa buses in the morning ..or walking into 20th entury Arcade with a Bag full of explosives. More problem, it really bugz me that the police allowed illegal immigrants into the country from Somalia. Reports indicate they were allowed past the police checks to Nairobi, the immigrants of Somali origin could not even speak kiswahili or english. The pastor who questioined this was thrown into a cell and threatened by the police. What really worries me is that the only guy who was brave enough to question this found himself on the receiving end, for 'volunteering/reporting information about suspicious individuals' as the police boss plea is! Is this how its going to be, and also why couldnt the other 'Legal' travelers offer aid or join the pastor.
