The police in Kenya are total failures as evidenced in the clobbering of a woman in Naivasha as a means of riot control. On the same day anarticle by Kiser on the coastal kidnappings tell of how the police couldn&#39;t answer calls till 6 am and only reacted at 8 am. By this time, locals had mobilised aircraft and already located the kidnappers. The police can not react in time and are responsible for opening our borders toanyone who could afford a bribe.<br>
