Anyone with a contact at Telkom Kenya? I a having difficulties talking to anyone through their customer care numbers.
You cannot reach customer care care on telephone... Why I'm I not hearing gasps of surprise?!? ooooh! I figured it out why. It's because it's Telkom Kenya. Seriously, I don't have a contact there, would have helped. ...and remember that if you host a domain with them, you still cannot call to inquire about issues with your domain, you have to write email and wait till whoever feels like responding to do so after whatever time. Rita may have left Telkom. And I must say they lost one very hard working employee.
Telkom have what it takes to give services, but completely lack the resources/means to deliver the services. Think of it like placing some equipments somewhere and hoping some robots will deliver services from the equipment. I wonder why they have not given the trillion tender to the Japanese to produce the required robots. The politics in Telkom are worse than the politics witnessed in the cabinet reshuffle today!
