You cannot reach customer care care on telephone... Why I&#39;m I not hearing gasps of surprise?!?<br><br>ooooh! I figured it out why. It&#39;s because it&#39;s Telkom Kenya.<br><br>
Seriously, I don&#39;t have a contact there, would have helped.<br><br>...and remember that if you host a domain with them, you still cannot call to inquire about issues with your domain, you have to write email and wait till whoever feels like responding to do so after whatever time.<br>
<br>Me thinks that in their world, they believe they are still a monopoly.
