KBC Interactive game show fraud. Pics inside
Earlier this month there was a huge debate on this forum about an error KTN had made on their interactive game show. The issue was with the simple arithmetic - *11 x 2 + 32 - 21 + 5 x 3 + 5 x 1* The answer that won cash was 120, which off course was WAY off. Well, today KBC ran something similar on their show. *23 - 12 x 5 + 112 - 20 + 3 x 8 + 12* The choices were *-125*, -*170* and *250* I took screen shots: [image: qn.jpg] The answer that won Kshs.50,000 was 250 So how did they arrive at 250? Seriously ?? You mean they changed the question,, ama ni mimi naona vibaya ??? Where can we seriously report such matters ?? I usually see a "betting representative" but the guys are always looking very oblivous of what is actually going on.. Arent companies like PWC, Deloitte etc supposed to vet the softwares used in such games to ensure they are clear of such preposterousness ?? [?]

Hoooooolly S... This just confirms my suspicions. There has never been a straight forward gameshow/lottery. All winners are * PREDETERMINED*!

There's a local progi that airs on NTV on Friday evenings called Noose of Gold. Great production in my view. In the progi a few weeks back, some politicians were to receive a large bribe from a big company in order to pass a bill in the companies favour. But this payout needed to be passed as legit. So the politicians were made trustees of an NGO. Then the big company ran a compe where the winner would get 5m and 5m would go to an NGO of their choice. In the compe any Tom, Dick and Njoroge would win the small prizes while the main prize winner would be predetermined. The winner would then offer the 5m to the NGO where the politicians are trustees and they would siphon the cash out of it. Seems like fiction on TV is a reflection of things on the ground.
