WHAT THE????!!!!!!! Is this fair? The only thing that makes us Kenyans wake up every morning, for whatever happens here, we don't lose hope. Everything can be in disarray, but we cannot forget to smile and look forward. This is one of the defining features of Kenyans; we believe things will get better. Amidst carjackings, us-paying-to-free-your-brother's-killer, collapsed buildings and a system-that-even-the-media-robs-instead-of-defending-us, we see a better future.This belief is what sustains us. And when a leadership emerges that can channel this unique energy, we will make the leap into sustained prosperity. We Will. In the Kenyan breast, hope does spring eternal.
