We have been trying to contact KDN to install Fiber internet for our sister company down at karen for 3 Months now & nothing yet have been done...even site survey! Does anybody have a contact person who can assist,(We have written mails & copied over 3 bosses=nothing ) I'd be glad to turn to other ISP's but the decision was made & reversing might take even long. Dan, I really don't know whether KDN has a customer relations policy because such complaints are damaging the image of the company. Does one really have to wait for three months to have internet connection? I wanted to have internet for an educational institution where I work and KDN was among the top three companies for provision of the service, but have thought it wise to intentionally delay the internet services. I'm not sure whether I should carry on with approaching KDN as a final resort or still mark-time, because poor customers relationship is not my preference. Hi Solomon, We do have a customer relations policy. Immediately we got this post, we engaged relevant persons to ensure a solution to the issue. Unfortunately, we have not got more information from Lawrence with the phone contact in his signature going unanswered. This has been the case since yesterday. I think it wise for KDN to have a Skunkworks Customer Service Rep. judging from this incident, you get better response times than if you call their offices. Speaking from experience.. KDN/support will not be of much help. This is because they are more into providing infrastructure. So what you might want to do is switch to another ISP that can use KDN's infrastructure. eg. MyISP (www.myisp.com). So other ISP have formed an 'org' where they get to use KDN's fibre and they provide better service and support. Support will be much better, they get to deal with KDN, and trust me this is more efficient. I can give you a contact person if you want.
