My main issues is mainly the newly created districs. Like Wajir South, Wajir East,Gucha,Butere(note it was split into two, now there is butere and mumias, before it used to be butere mumias.), west pokot, cut off from kapenguria constituency. The survey office on Thika Road does a lot of GIS work. You could also contact the regional ArcGIS vendors (forgotten their name) but last I checked, they're based in Hurlingham
