My main issues is mainly the newly created districs. Like Wajir South, Wajir East,Gucha,Butere(note it was split into two, now there is butere and mumias, before it used to be butere mumias.), west pokot, cut off from kapenguria constituency. The regional ArcGIS vendors are ESRI, will need quite some money though to get their shape files.<br>
