Hi guys, I had a great PVR zuku decoder which I had been using for a while. I was a happy customer. Not for long though. My decoder started having minor issues and I did what normal people do; I called zuku customer care and they promised they would replace my decoder with a better one. They did meet their end of the bargain, but what I got was a small 'pocket friendly' non-PVR decoder (I don't know what they are called). I felt cheated. When I tried to explain to them that they were screwing me over, they explained that those were the decoders currently in circulation. No I'm left wondering, should I settle for less and count my losses? -- Be the change you want to see in the world.

That is the story they have been telling for years. It's just to shut you up. I recall there was another decoder they had. You bought it for about 7k. It had pvr. Call them and ask. On 4 May 2016 11:24 am, "Tony Waichungo via skunkworks" < skunkworks@lists.my.co.ke> wrote:

Thanks, I'll call them. But they'd still be screwing me if I have to part with an extra 7K to have the same privileges that I had before. On 4 May 2016 at 11:44, Brian Ngure <brian@pixie.co.ke> wrote:

Same thing happened to me, I just moved on. They always said the other product got discontinued. Same with my router, I once had a cisco which was very stable, now I have some funny device which I have to reboot every morning. ./Ok3ch On Wed, May 4, 2016 at 1:03 PM, Peter Karunyu via skunkworks < skunkworks@lists.my.co.ke> wrote:

Whatever Zuku said, you better stick to their old Cisco router, I was told what they provide now is really bad . On 4 May 2016 at 18:36, Okechukwu via skunkworks <skunkworks@lists.my.co.ke> wrote:
