Zuku? I love them!!! I called today to ask them for the DNS Servers which their clients can use. The CS guy insisted that I must give him my account number before he can tell me the DNS servers. He said this is to enable him check my link for problems before he can advise. You can't imagine the abuses I hurled at him! ION, thank Zuku for removing the hungry woman voice on their IVR and putting one who sounds like a radio on new battery. Kumbe Zuku listens, but 'Zuku Can't Help' - heheee... @Kevin, Zuku landed in Embakasi, I signed up for the 8Mbps account and worked fine for 1.5 weeks. The link got very unstable for the next 2 weeks and finally went off altogether until the monthly subscription expired. They sent two techies to look at the issue but the I then wrote their billing explaining I can not pay for a service that does not work and would only pay when they sort the issue out and give me me an extension for the downtime. I am still waiting for their response. On Tue, Apr 8, 2014 at 6:11 AM, John Gitau <jgitau@gmail.com> wrote:

On a related note Zuku finaly landed in Buruburu. It was fantastic for the period it lasted ( 2 days to be precise) till it went down on Saturday. Since then all I hear is stories of their technicians working on it and they do not refund for downtime. Im seething with rage as I clock 3 days and counting.
