I've said it before, zuku is the best service until you need support from an actual person, It then immediately jumps to become your worst nightmare. Luckily for most people that rarely happens .

If you ask me, I'd say down with mosh! may be nice to play around with, but requiring me to install mosh-server on my 30+ production systems is a big no-no unless it comes bundled in the mainstream OS as a default. Personally, its worthless and is not about to replace my openSSH any day soon!

Zuku? I love them!!!

I called today to ask them for the DNS Servers which their clients can use. The CS guy insisted that I must give him my account number before he can tell me the DNS servers. He said this is to enable him check my link for problems before he can advise. You can't imagine the abuses I hurled at him!

ION, thank Zuku for removing the hungry woman voice on their IVR and putting one who sounds like a radio on new battery. Kumbe Zuku listens, but 'Zuku Can't Help' - heheee...

Now that I have a Zuku link, with Internet & TV, we're gonna be friends. Friers, because I do not pay for shit!

Perhaps Zuku should recommend Mosh to all her clients. ;-)

With the packet losses over my Zuku crippling my work I had to find a way to work remotely over the intermittent link.

Boy, am I glad Keith Winstein invented mosh!

Remote terminal application that allows roaming, supports intermittent connectivity, and provides intelligent local echo and line editing of user keystrokes.

Mosh is a replacement for SSH. It's more robust and responsive, especially over Wi-Fi, cellular, and long-distance links.

Mosh is free software, available for GNU/Linux, FreeBSD, and Mac OS X.
