Hi Skunks, thinking of migrating our mail system from google apps for business to exchange. How much is exchange?
That would depend on the licenses- - Exchange 2010, 2013 or 2016, - Standard or Enterprise, - Number of CALs/ users you need to have email accounts - Type of business- Gov't, Academic This all assumes you have a Windows Server license. If you don't, get at least Windows 2012 DC Also budget for an SSL certificate- a UC wildcard. Alvin can give you more information. To answer, 1. 2016 2.Enterprise 3.Approx 300-350 4.Government and yes we have server 2012 License I like google apps but my seniors feel xchange will be cheaper. we pay approx $45 per user per year as license for google apps. It is much more economical you go for Cloud Exchange rather than On Premises which requires additional Licenses.
