
At barclays the systems are down and everything is 16 century. Paper work. Now, the amazing thing is their new deposit slip. It requires you to fill in more than usual including cellphone and email. This is enormous data considering most deposits include none barclays members. So what is the security of such private data???? Why would a bank like it have a stalled system? I ponder as I watch the snaking queue of people. Only in 16 century I conclude.

I spent 1 hour 53 minutes to get served with 2 people in their 5-7 teller banking hall at Ruaraka. Well it's not only Barclays. Had a bad experience with StanChart about a month ago. Took an hour to serve 3guys with the excuse being "systems are down".
