Most likely, that was an incoming VoIP call. The most common CLID implemented by the VoIP service providers is multiple zeros (000 or 0000) I have recently noted one German provider who interestingly uses CLID's that resemble YuMobile numbers (075*******) for calls terminating into Kenya. Tony.

Wouldn't this be detrimental to security if a Telco were to allow someone to display a number or range of numbers other than what they have issued/assigned.
