Number Portability question...
Could anyone confirm this to me.. Does number portability work across platforms? say have CDMA lines on my 0722 line....

I still dont get it, Isnt the number meant to be assigned by a third party to a new sim card? Assuming all equipment on the other end? If i exchange a GSM sim for a CDMA Sim and request the new provider to use the same number for my service, and then proceed to get new CDMA equipment (phone and all that), shouldnt it work? I personally feel that technologically CDMA-CDMA / GSM-GSM and GSM-CDMA number portability is necessary if we are to reap real benefits of this NP thing. I think it should be possible since its just the number that is moving not the sim/ruim card.
