Something like: 0700 - Safaricom 0710 - Safaricom 0733 - Zain etc The closest I can find on the CCK website is a PDF, National Numbering Plan for 2008. http://www.cck.go.ke/licensing/numbering/plan.html And its not updated since the other day I saw 0700 being sold on the streets...

Aah, thought about it, but decided to make my life easier coz i have a select thingy where the user selects the prefix, using my script, i only have to: 1. Append the leading zero Using your suggestion, I would have to: 1. Append the leading zero 2. Write a loop to add the trailing 0, 1, 2 ... 9 to make 0720, 0721, 0722 ... 0729 3. Good one, Peter, Maybe u can extend it and use some form of mapping table with a mobile network id and the network names so that in case a network changes its name (as is bound to happen with Zain, or so I hear) all u have to do is change the network name in the mapping table. ...
