Something like:<br>0700 - Safaricom<br>0710 - Safaricom<br>0733 - Zain<br>etc<br><br>The closest I can find on the CCK website is a PDF, National Numbering Plan for 2008. <a href="http://www.cck.go.ke/licensing/numbering/plan.html">http://www.cck.go.ke/licensing/numbering/plan.html</a> And its not updated since the other day I saw 0700 being sold on the streets...<br>
