It's more of an error than an instruction. I managed to register as well and proceeded to the section on replacing defaced DL. My two cents, the online platform does not solve any problem except informing you on how to pay via mpesa. In the end you still have to go to Times Tower with the receipt, passport photos, copies of ID etc. I think the government is expanding its revenue collection platform. My two cents, the online platform does not solve any problem except informing you on how to pay via mpesa. In the end you still have to go to Times Tower with the receipt, passport photos, copies of ID etc. I think the government is expanding its revenue collection platform. Regards
