Anyone on the list with info on how mpesa reversals work? Still waiting 48 hours for these guys to reverse some cash meant for someone traveling but didn't carry their safcom phone so its off. The Airtel is on. I have even given Safaricom an alternative airtel number to reach the person but they insist they have to call this other Safcom phone for verification, which is okay. Since all phone numbers are registered to the same person, can't Safaricom call the person on the alternative number and Airtel customer service to verify?
