Hi Emanuel, Zuku is never a good solution when it comes to running a business network and especially when running core services on the same network due to their poor service and poor turn around time with their support team from my experience. My advice is just get a different provide as primary and use zuku as secondary if you intend to keep them or get rid of them completely. Hey Dennis, Am not sure of the level of service currently offered by SimbaNet or if its still under the same umbrella group as zuku (Wananchi group) now but 3 years ago I used it and didn't like the performance as for Zuku I have used it recently and still have it in my house but the service is poor. LTK, HAI, have the worst customer service. I use their VSAT in Wajir, all their technical support is in SA, terrible. Paid for a service re-connection on 24th March, service is not up to date. Dunno if their other solutions are that pathetic. My experience with Simbanet has been good, for 6 months now. They have good technical support team, response time is immediate, good corporate relation. I recommend. Zuku is just something else, I can’t opt for it even for home service. And yes, Zuku and Simbanet are still under Wanachi Group.
