LTK, HAI, have the worst customer service. I use their VSAT in Wajir, all their technical support is in SA, terrible. Paid for a service re-connection on 24th March, service is not up to date.  Dunno if their other solutions are that pathetic. 

My experience with Simbanet has been good, for 6 months now. They have good technical support team, response time is immediate, good corporate relation. I recommend. 

Zuku is just something else, I can’t opt for it even for home service. And yes, Zuku and Simbanet are still under Wanachi Group.
