
Hello skunks, kindly allow me to vent Despite one of the longest thread on this list being how terrible KDN support is, I went ahead and set up some hotspot service on their link. I'm regretting ever doing that... This month has been a total waste of money and my small business and reputation is ruined. Ever since the marine Fiber cuts, have been getting less than a quarter of the bandwidth I paid for. Add to that their crappy migration last week and the connection intermittent connection on the WiMax CPE since Tuesday last week. This is situated less than a kilometer from the Base Station. The most frustrating part of the all this is their support staff who seem to be under instruction to stall anyone that calls with a query with tickets and endless promises to call you back. Huh? You've gotta be damn lucky if they'll refund. If they do please let me know, then I'll retry chasing my refund due for an installation never done in 2010. I gave up even after dealing with some KDN staff who I know personally. They're on the list (last time I checked) so they should be reading this too.
